sinus rinse

if you have allergies, you have to sinus rinse. i've shared this with some of my allergy disposed friends & gotten positive response. it does nothing to make your allergies go away but it so helps with the symptoms. basically it's a take-off on the whole aryuvedic neti pot but modernized which lets you add pressure to the mix (very good addition). you basically use saline to blow out your nasal passages. i just can't get over how much i love it every time i'm having trouble. morning & nighttime daily ritual. i even have heather partaking now (since she has a cold). if you have allergy problems, go to walgreen's now and get one. you will be happy you did.
