heather is on her vegan cupcakes kick now (for me and marina's enjoyment). tonight she tried a vanilla cake recipe and did a butterscotch buttercream. they were killer. she's using the vegan cupcakes take over the world book. jen & stu tried then and said the cake was better than tammie coe's! i thought it was killer but if she's striving for perfection, might take a lash at getting it a bit moister. she does have a special secret tip she picked up from watching a bobby flay cupcake throwdown so we'll see how it goes.
