pita jungle takeout

we had pj brought into the office yesterday. i really think that pj is going to take over the world. good food. cheap. everybody loves it. i need a lot of money to buy into this business before it becomes a nationwide chain. that's right! i'm calling it today 5/17/07. pj is going to be a huge multi-million dollar national chain.

of course i had the hummus with chicken (and pine nuts). man i love that dish....even though we did find out they use store bought pita. we ordered a bunch of pita so they gave us a couple bags worth (can't remember the name of the manufacturer). of course i killed my lunch and also had ample helpings of a hummus combo that someone was nice enough to order.
